When will my order be shipped?

I pack the orders right away once I get them! I try to ship every Tuesday and Thursday!


How long will it take for my order to come?
3-5 business days for domestic orders

Up to 2-6 weeks for orders outside the US. This is all based off your country's customs 
What do I do about customs?

Your country's customs is NOT my responsbility. I will not pay for them. When you purchase an item from me, you are also paying for the customs you may have to pay.

If the items are returned to me, then I will not ship them back out, but instead refund you without the shipping cost.


There is something wrong with my order. What do I do?
Please contact me right away so I can fix it! I want the best for you!


I put the wrong address!
Lemme know right away before I ship, once it's been shipped it may be out of my hands!



What is your grading system?

Every pin has a different grading system, so make sure you read the description!



Can I return and get a refund?

All sales are FINAL! If you purchase a B, C or second grade and it is not up to standard, then you know the risk when purchasing.
These items are at a discounted price because of their flaws. Please be sure when you're finializing your purchases!


"Is ____ sold out?"

Half the time I get this question is for items in PREORDER. Please read the description on the arrival times! If it is an instock that is sold out, I will restock it in the future!


Can I combine shipping?

Yes you can! Click here to fill out a combine shipping form. Also, please try to do this ASAP. If it says your order has been shipped out, then I can't do anything about combining the orders!
